Returns (New and Unused)

Buy worry free!  If you are not happy with your product, contact us and return or exchange it for free if it has been unused and in its original condition within 90 days.  We understand that sometimes photographs are different than when you see the item firsthand.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions @

Personalized items such as engravings are excluded from the free return or exchange.  If you have a problem with a personalized item contact us right away and let’s see what we can do to make it right.

Returns (Used)

If your item is used, but you are not happy with it contact us at  We do not guarantee a refund or return, but will see what we can do.


Once your return is received, within 24 hours we will inspect the item and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Note that some refunds take 7+ days to appear.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you would like to exchange it, send us an email at  Due to every item being unique we can exchange it with something else in stock or possible make something custom.  Any custom replacement will take additional time depending on complexity, materials, size, and other factors.  

  • Exchanged items that are in stock will be processed within 48 hours.  We will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item to you. 
  • Exchanged items that are not in stock will be processed 48 hours after they are fully created.  We will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item to you. 

Shipping Times

You can select the shipping method and carrier that you would like.  Most orders are processed within 48 hours.  Generally speaking shipping times are 1-7 days.   Carrier times vary, but typically USPS and UPS Ground is 1-7 days.  UPS Second Day is 2 days.  UPS 3 Day Select is 3 days.  UPS Overnight is 1 day.  

We can not guarantee shipping times due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors.   If there is a delay on shipping from our end we will notify you immediately via email.

All shipping will include a tracking number emailed to you after the carrier receives the package.  If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours please contact us at

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you at time of checkout.  The prices will vary depending on size, weight, destination, and carrier costs.  Generally the faster the shipping time the more it costs.  Overnight will cost more than USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  If for any reason you are not able to see a shipping option please contact us at

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Please return the item to address on the box or contact us at and we will email you the return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
